Downloaded the 64 and 32 bit versions to my computer and installed from the downloaded file. As you see, I use the same operating system as you.

I got to the update site by clicking on the "there is a new version" window when I started ASP. Anyone else having any problems?ĭoes the 2.1.1.9 version need to be uninstalled before running this update? Running Win 7 64, never had any issues in updates before this one.

Tried rebooting, and doing another install update, still didn't work. I have tried 4 times to install the update, thought I might have clicked the wrong one the first time because when I started ASP2 it still showed 2.1.1.9, I tried clicking the check for updates from the help menu within ASP, went to the site and I know for sure I chose the right one, but still at the end of the install it still shows 2.1.1.9.
